Utility Services (Rent/Lease)
If you are a landlord renting commercial or residential property in Midvale City, you will need to call our Utility Office and add your renter to the billing account. This is a courtesy service. The landlord is always primarily responsible for payment.
NEW RENTERS - Commercial or Residential
If you are responsible for paying your Midvale Utility Bill according to your lease or rental arrangement, then YOUR LANDLORD MUST CALL and request you receive a copy of the monthly billing.
Renters Who Are Moving
If Midvale City provides your utility services, there is no need to call and cancel if you move. If you have any questions please call the Midvale Utility Office.
Commercial Leases - Property Owner/Property Manager
If you are a property owner or property manager who leases commercial property, you must call and set the lessor up on the service address account. You will need to provide the date the lease begins, and the name of the individual(s), company name, and phone number(s). This is a courtesy service. The landlord is always primarily responsible for payment.
If your lessor is leaving, please call and have the lessor removed from the account and furnish the last day of service. If you have information on a new lessor, please provide this information at that time.
