The Jordan River bridge replacement on 9000 South has commenced, scheduled for completion in fall 2024. The initial phase involves raising the roadway to accommodate the new bridge. This process has led to lane reductions and traffic shifts along 9000 South.

The left turning lane from EASTBOUND 9000 South to NORTHBOUND 700 West will close starting Saturday, October 28, until the end of summer 2024.  The suggested alternate route is to continue on 9000 South to Sandy Parkway (450 West), then turn left onto Sandy Parkway, leading to 700 West.

Westbound, northbound, and southbound traffic on 700 West remain unaffected.
